Last Sunday Bear and Lion went for a walk in Greenwich Park and ran into a lot of Santas… running.
Bear and Lion have just come back from a whirlwind holiday (photos coming soon!). But they made it back just in time to visit Greenwich Park where the London 2012 equestrian events were held.
A 13 hour flight and 2 hour travel across London from Heathrow airport made Bear and Lion a little tired so they didn’t stay too long. They’re well rested now and can’t wait to share their adventures with you soon.
Hope you’ve all been enjoying your summer so far too!
Bear and Lion went to see Leonardo da Vinci’s drawings of the human body at the Queen’s Gallery in Buckingham Palace. Except they weren’t always of the human body, he drew birds and cows and bears too!
They didn’t see the Queen though. The Queen never seems to be around. Last time Bear and Lion went to the Queen’s House, and she wasn’t there either.

Greenwich celebrated being a royal borough yesterday with fireworks on the river.
This makes Bear and Lion the royally cute residents of Greenwich, which they have plenty of experience with. This was them last year celebrating the royal wedding.
Tomorrow is Chinese New Year, bringing with it the year of the Dragon. This time last year Bear and Lion were in Singapore being surrounded by giant people on stilts.
This time around they tried to do a Lion Dance but the costume turned out to be too small. Also Bear didn’t want to be the bum and Lion was too fat.
Happy Chinese New Year! Gong Hei Fat Choi!
When Bear and Lion go about town, inevitably they attract a certain amount of attention. They’re quite used to it now and will pose for a few photos but there are some who are a bit shy to say hello and others who don’t really know what to make of them.
So we decided to get some Bear and Lion cards made up so people could go to the website and find out more about them. It would’ve come in handy when we got talking to the London bus driver in Langkawi, the photographer at the Southbank, the two ladies in Brighton and all those tourists who shared the pod on the London Eye with us.
They’ve arrived (thanks to Moo.com for a brilliant job) and here’s a sample of what some of them look like. We think they look great, what do you think?
